How ErzenAPPS handles visits to erzenapps.com and messages sent to the studio. App policies are available separately in the Privacy Center.
Who to contact
This website is provided by ErzenAPPS (Yiğit Erzen). For privacy questions and access, correction or deletion requests, email yigiterzenapp@gmail.com.
Messages you send
The contact form sends your name, email address, selected subject and message through FormSubmit to our inbox at erzenapps@gmail.com. We use these details to respond to your request and manage the related correspondence. Avoid including information that is not needed for your enquiry.
If you email us directly, your email service and ours process your message and its delivery information. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website visits
Your browser sends connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details and time of access to the hosting service so the website can be delivered. The hosting service may keep access or security logs. This site does not add analytics scripts, advertising trackers or first-party cookies.
Service providers and links
FormSubmit handles form delivery and may process connection and anti-abuse information. Its privacy policy and documentation describe its practices. App-store and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. That archive is separate from the copy delivered to our email inbox. Contact us to request deletion of correspondence; any applicable legal retention requirements may affect what can be removed. Hosting logs and email-provider copies are governed by their respective services and settings.
Your choices
You can use the website without submitting the contact form. You may instead email us directly. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, use the privacy contact above and identify the relevant message. We may need enough information to verify that the request is yours.
Updates
We will update this notice when website data handling changes and show the new revision date above.
Language
This document was written in English. The Turkish text is a translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version applies. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in that cannot be limited by agreement.
